Return and Exchange Requirements:
1) Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing.
2) All returns and exchanges require an RA (Return Authorization) number issued by GoGoKicks.Com.
3) Product must have all the parts, and must be in the original box.
4) All RA numbers must be requested by the end of 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
5) Returns must be received at GoGoKicks.Com within 14 days from RA issue date.
** Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the shipment is a result of our error.
Return and Exchange Instruction:
1) Please fill out our Return form , then you will receive your RA (Return Authorization) number.
2) Send the product with your RA number to GoGoKicks.Com
3) After product has been received by GoGoKicks.Com, we will send out your exchange or issue your credit within 7 business days.
